Accessibility
Statement.

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Computer Medic Repair & Service LLC is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that all visitors should be able to easily access information about our services, contact us, and request help — regardless of how they use the web.

§ 01Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely recognized international standard for web accessibility developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

These guidelines cover four core principles that guide how we build and maintain this site:

§ 02What We've Done

Implemented
Semantic HTML structure
Proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and meaningful markup for screen readers.
Implemented
Keyboard navigation
All interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard.
Implemented
Color contrast
Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 minimum).
Implemented
Descriptive link text
Links describe their purpose, not "click here" or "read more."
Implemented
Form labels & feedback
Every form field has a visible label; errors and success are announced to assistive tech.
Implemented
Responsive design
The site adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and viewing orientations.
Implemented
Image alt text
Images include text descriptions where needed; decorative images are marked as such.
Implemented
No auto-playing media
No videos or audio start automatically, and there are no seizure-inducing animations.
Implemented
Skip-to-content link
Keyboard users can skip past navigation on every page — press Tab on page load to reveal it.
Implemented
Language declared
Every page declares its language so screen readers use correct pronunciation and tone.

§ 03Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is not a one-time fix — it's an ongoing commitment. We regularly review our website and work to address any accessibility barriers we discover. When we add new content or features, we evaluate them against the same standards.

Because technology, browsers, and assistive tools are constantly evolving, there may be areas of our website that do not yet meet our target standards. We are actively working to address these.

§ 04Third-Party Content

Our website uses some third-party services, including Google Fonts and Formspree for form submissions. While we've chosen providers that prioritize accessibility, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or features controlled by third parties.

§ 05How to Get Help

◉ We Want to Help

If you have trouble using any part of our website — or if you'd just rather speak to a person — we'll gladly help you directly. Call or text 727-239-6797 and we'll assist with scheduling, answer questions, or provide information in whatever format works best for you.

§ 06Feedback & Issues

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to address reported issues as part of our normal maintenance cycle.
